About the author
Nimish Desai is a civil engineer, entrepreneur, certified business coach and trainer, author and self-taught investor. For more than three decades he has worked closely with the real estate industry, supervising and handing over more than 90 lakh sq ft of projects, and he serves as a director of four private limited companies in the sector. His investing journey began in 1994 with HDFC Ltd, and today he oversees five family investment portfolios. He is the author of three earlier books, two of which became Amazon bestsellers.
